I just wanted to clarify that our concert will be on March 10th from 6:45-7:15. Students will be expected to be in the cafeteria at least 10 minutes before so we can get ready. Then you can go find a seat in the gym. We hope to see you there... I know the kids are really excited!!!

Bits of Information

Volunteers- On Thursday, March 3rd at 12:50 we will be making green eggs and ham in the cook room. We would love some extra hands during this time. Please let me know if you can come in and help!

Due to all the snow days the end of this 9 weeks will be pushed back. I will let you know as soon as I hear when report cards will be coming home.

SAVE THE DATE! Our music concert is March 10th this year. There will be four concerts that night, our class will be singing at 6:20- 6:50. The students have been practicing really hard and the songs are super cute! You’ll want to plan to get there a few minutes before the concert so you can get your child dropped off in the cafeteria and find a good seat in the gym. You’ll be receiving a letter soon with more information including where our class will be sitting. Hope to see you there!

We had a lot of people submit orders for Scholastic Books. I will be sending in the order early next week. I think it usually takes a couple weeks for the books to come in. Be looking for March book order forms in your child’s folder soon!

Photographers will take classroom group pictures which will be $7 and Pre-Pay only. Also individual full length pictures, with a spring background, will be taken of all children. The individual picture packets will be sent home to all children 2-3 weeks AFTER picture day. Families will then be able to review the packet and send back payment or the unwanted pictures.

It looks like sickness is hitting our room again! Please remind your child how to wash their hands and how to keep their hands out of their nose and mouth. If your child is running a fever, PLEASE, keep them at home until they are fever free for 24 hours. I know it can be tough...
